The ICGS publishes data and insights about the scheme throughout the year.

Annual reports

The ICGS annual report explains what we have done over the past year. It highlights our main achievements and how we have worked towards our priorities.

The annual report includes data on how people use the helpline, the number of complaints we have investigated, and how many people have taken part in Behaviour Code sessions.

It also shows the work we are doing to help ensure Parliament is a safe and respectful place to work.

Quarterly statistics

The ICGS proactively publishes statistics about how the scheme is being used, the number of calls to the helpline and the numbers of investigations.
