Each event space has a maximum capacity which must not be exeeded. This number is detailed on the contract of hire.
As well as attending guests, this number also includes event organisers and everyone in their group, and any other indivduals such as photgraphers, exhibitors, contractors, etc.
The capacity number does not include staff of the Commons Catering Service.
There is no parking available at the House of Commons; public transport should be used wherever possible.
There are coach drop off points alongside UK Parliament, near Victoria Tower Gardens.
There is an underground car park at Abingdon Green, opposite the Victoria Tower.
Limited parking for people with specific access requirements is available on the Parliamentary estate. These spaces are reserved for blue badge holders who are driving on their own (or with a carer). Speak with an event co-ordinator for further details.
Yes, but they take an alternative route to event spaces at some points. Please let us know if there are people attending an event who use a wheelchair or have other specifc access requirements prior to the event.
There are accessible toilets in all buildings and along the visitor route.
