D/deafness and hard of hearing

Our facilities are equipped to support visitors who are d/Deaf or have hearing impairments:

• Relay UK: We use Relay UK for phone communication, which translates speech into text and vice versa. Find out more about how to make and answer calls with Relay UK.
• Induction loops: The following types of hearing induction loop are available:
    - Fixed counter induction loop at reception desks
    - Fixed induction room loop within most of our events spaces
    - Portable hearing loop (with prior notice)
  The location and type of induction loops are specified in the accessibility guide.
• Strobe fire alarms are fitted in common areas to provide visual alerts.
