Baby and infant care facilities

Baby changing facilities are available in most accessible toilets across the UK Parliament estate.

A microwave for heating baby food is located in the vending area on the south-east corner of the 1st Flr of Portcullis House.

A private baby care room (for feeding or quiet care) is available on the 2nd floor of the Palace of Westminster (Upper Committee Corridor, near the pulpit). Access must be arranged via the sponsoring Member’s office due to security protocols.

Reception attendants may be able to assist with locating a quiet room, subject to availability.
