Our external engagement
The R&R Programme continues to engage external stakeholders, including businesses and members of the public. Over 100 organisations, businesses, and training providers have already been engaged with, to ensure R&R can provide opportunities across all nations and regions of the UK. The Programme has also undertaken public polling to understand public opinion towards the Palace and its restoration.
Register commercial interest with the DA
The Delivery Authority (DA) is currently engaging the market to seek feedback on their proposed commercial approach. UK Parliament and the DA have established a Collections Conservation Dynamic Purchasing System, which aims to streamline procurement processes, making it easier for small businesses in the heritage conservation sector to bid for high-profile contracts, including those related to the day-to-day care of Parliament’s heritage collections as well as significant projects like the Restoration & Renewal.

Member Consultation Strategy
The Parliamentary Buildings (Restoration and Renewal) Act 2019 requires the Programme to consult Members of both Houses and consider the views of passholders and the public.
